1. Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and the operating system on your mobile device. The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application may collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, name, and other personally identifiable information you provide during registration.
• Health & Body Information: Weight, height, nutrition goals, body measurements (such as waist, hip, and neck circumference), and body composition estimates.
• Photos & Images: Food photos submitted for nutritional analysis and progress photos submitted for body composition estimation. Progress photos may include images of your body used to provide AI-estimated feedback such as body fat range, muscle definition, and posture analysis.
• Usage Data: IP address, device information, operating system, pages visited, and time spent in the Application.

The Service Provider may contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions

2. Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application.

The Service Provider may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Application, including but not limited to:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers for securely storing your data, including photos
• AI and machine learning service providers for processing food and progress photo analysis
• Analytics providers for understanding app usage and improving the experience
• Payment processors for handling subscription transactions

These service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to use your information as necessary to provide services on our behalf. Your photos and personal data are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

The Service Provider may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud, or to respond to government requests.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to enhance user experience and provide certain features, including but not limited to nutritional analysis of food photos and body composition estimation from progress photos.

How AI Processes Your Data:

• When you submit a food photo for analysis, the image is sent to our servers and processed using AI to identify food items and estimate nutritional information.
• When you submit a progress photo, the image is sent to our servers and processed using AI to provide estimated body composition feedback, including body fat range, muscle definition score, and posture analysis. You may also optionally provide body measurements to enhance the accuracy of the analysis.
• AI-generated results are estimates only and should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for professional health assessments.

Photo Storage & Protection:

• Your photos are stored securely on cloud servers with restricted access. Photos are not publicly accessible and are retrieved only through time-limited, secure URLs.
• Your photos are transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
• You may delete your photos and associated analysis data at any time from within the Application. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Photo Usage Restrictions:

• Progress photos are never used for AI model training or improvement.
• Food photos may be used in anonymized or aggregated form to improve the accuracy of our nutritional analysis features.
• We do not publicly display, share, or sell your photos to any third party.

All AI processing is performed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

4. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

5. Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.

6. Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without permission.

If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that they can take the necessary actions.

You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries a parent or guardian may be able to consent on your behalf).

7. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

8. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-01-01.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
